Radiant was raised in 1992 with an aim to provide quality security services which were still in a nascent stage back then. Major Tejwant Singh Bevli leveraged his service experience and entrepreneurial skills to build the organization on a strong foundation.
Today, Radiant Guard Services Pvt. Ltd., with a rich legacy of almost three decades in the industry, is a front runner in setting new standards and working methodologies. Over the years Radiant has emerged as a market leader and a reliable and committed brand in the security industry.
LEADERSHIP
Lt. Col. Anshuman Singh has been the flag bearer of Radiant since 2007. Prior to this, he served in the Indian Army from 1992 to 2007. An infantry officer, he has a varied combat experience of having operated in Siachen Glacier and Jammu & Kashmir in Rashtriya Rifles during peak of militancy. Passionate about technology, he has been solely responsible for a large number of technical solutions implemented in the company over the years.
Col Navinder Singh Bevli served in the Indian Army from 1999 to 2019. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy, he commanded the 64 Field Regiment in Kashmir. After a very successful stint with the Army, he has been the CEO of Radiant since 2019. He is passionate about business development, organizational structuring and future business planning.
A seasoned and well known personality in the Indian security Industry, Subrata has brought about energy & commitment to Radiant's Nationwide Operations & Training teams. A hard taskmaster, in his six years he has built teams that deliver & delight. His ability to network and deliver on agreed SLA's through systems & processes has gained him respect within the Radiant customer fraternity. A jovial personality, he has the ability to handle crisis situations with his trademark smile & in an effortless way.Â
An IT industry enterprising professional, Haider has been handpicked to drive the change and growth at Radiant. In the past eight years at Radiant, he has metamorphosed Radiant into a technology & process driven organization and put it on an accelerated growth path. Having worked in multicultural organizations across India and Middle East, he is passionate about using technology to deliver flawless customer service. He has opened new business avenues and expanded the Radiant footprint to unchartered territories.
